Question about Printers & Copiers
When paper gets jammed, the best course of action is to open/remove the paper tray and pull out the jammed or misfed sheet(s). Then close or replace the tray. Depending on the model, the printer may start by itself, or you may need to press the "online" button.
If you can tell me the model of your printer, I can give you more specific instructions. In the meantime, I hope this helps!
