Question about Pioneer SD-533HD5 53" Rear Projection HDTV
My tv keeps blowing the 5 amp fuses in the back of the tv. The tv goes to standby and won't turn on, this started happening a while ago found out it was the was the fuses. The fuse would last usually a couple of months and then blow, then it became more frequent now the fuse only lasts a couple of hours. Is there something else causing the fuse to blow and if so what is it and is it worth fixing. Thanks
Yes! it sounds like a power supply problem! or the flyback in the main board needs replaced ( part is in the $70.00 range
