boot your laptop in safe mode by pressing F8 while starting the computer. follow this link http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/malwarebytes/mbam-setup-1.51.1.1800. download and install antimalwarebyte while in safe mode. Run a complete scan, restart the laptop, update your antivirus and do a complete scan and you will be good. If your laptop restarts when trying to boot into safe mode, then you need to repair your Operating system with its original disk. This would solve your problem. Please give me a feedback

I have a dell laptop with a built in webcam and it works fine however when i come to use it with msn messenger then it will not let the contact i'm chatting with see me or let me see them. hope you can...

You need to setup you MSN Messenger to control your camera. Download the latest version (MSN Messenger) first and install it. Sometimes older versions will not work with a cam. Also, download another messenger like Yahoo, and try that as well.

I am trying to format my laptop, i insert Bootable CD in CDrom, machine boots, loads all the drivers, while loading windows setup. machine shuts down..please help me with this problem.

There are many possibilities that would create this problem.  Can you try to install Windows on a seperate machine with the same disk? This would tell you whether the disk has been corrupted or not.  If this option is not available, I would suggest cleaning the disk well and trying again.  Again, there are many possibilities.  Your power supply may be inadequate or beginning to fail, you may have hard drive errors causing the shutdown.  The possibilities are numerous and hard to pinpoint without more information.  Check to see that your installation CD is not corrupted first.
