Question about Tivoli iPAL AM/FM Radio
The power knob on my Tivoli iPAL appears to have a short. When I switch it from the OFF position to FM or AM, only a hum is emitted from the speaker. But if I wiggle the power knob to a certain position, the radio works normally. How can I fix this? Thanks, - Gary
The fuse would cause a total absence of power. Your problem is likely a blown filter capacitor in the power supply. Unless you have electrical/electronic skills, the radio will require professional repair.

I noticed the same problem after I had moved. Hadn't had it before. The solution was easy in my case. (It took some time to accidentally figure it out though). I flipped the power cable around 180 degrees / upside down and re-connected. After this the volume worked as before. This was the model with European power plug.
