Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
The problem is the next:
2 days ago it was listening to music in the reproducer before going me to the school, and when I returned of the school, I turn it on the reproducer, and I noticed that the reproducer doesn´t turn on. So I connected the the reproducer to the computer, and open Philips Device Mananger and it appeared to me an error in the reproducer, and said “REPAIR”, and I pressed it, and then, when it finished said “REPAIRED, NOW IT CAN DISCONNECT” and that we did. The problem was that it didn´t turn on, now, the problem is that turn it on, but soon it turn it off. What I can do?
El problema es el siguiente:
Hace 2 días estaba escuchando en el reproductor antes de irme a la escuela, y cuando regresé de la escuela, encendí el reproductor y noté que no encendía, entonces lo conecté a la computadora, abrí el PHILIPS DEVIDE MANANGER y me aparecía un error, y le dí en "REPARAR", y cuando terminó decía "REPARADO, PUEDE DESCONECTAR", y eso hicimos, y el problema ahora es que prende pero luego se apaga. ¿Que puedo hacer?
Run a repair in Philips Device Manager
Triple Reset for Philips’ GoGear:
Disconnect the Go Gear from computer. Press the reset pinhole until the player turns off. Hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard. If this pop-up does not appear, reset the player again WHILE connected to the computer. Open the Philips Device Manager, and go to Repair Tab. Reset the player one more time while connected to computer. Follow the repair instructions.
After repair is complete, upgrade the firmware for this player. Will erase all the songs, but you should be good to go again.
