Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera
I was taking pictures with my camera and suddenly it started to show a sign to power the camera off and then on again but this does'nt help and the lens wont go back

i would suggest you to contact any expert or SONY SERVICE CENTER because according to the problem you describe is technically difficult and due to jurk the gears of the zoom lens assembly may be broken misaligned, and there is a specific method to open the zoom lens assembly to change the gears, Or the if you want to repair it by yourself then you have to replace the complete lens block assembly, Therefore i would advise you to contact any expert for repair,
