Question about Brother MFC-9420CN All-In-One Laser Printer
Message coming up to replace opc belt. What is it and where is it?
The opc belt is the optical photo conductor belt in your printer. It is the bright green shiney belt you see when you remove a cartridge. You can access it through the top of your unit. You will see a cover where the paper comes out. Inside there are two green clips that push outward. These release the opc belt.
You can purchase a replacement opc belt from most good stationary and consumable suppliers, however, be ready for a shock. the price of the opc belt is almost as much as the unit is worth.
