Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-N2 Digital Camera
It says on the sony website that i cant use this cam as a webcam! but i am sure it is possible some way or the other... this camera has one feature and that is, i can feed the output of the camera into a tv using its AV plugs.. and if the computer has a tv tuner card, can it work out some way??
Look at the supplied software and try the Yahoo/etc software but beware that most cameras are not built to run as a webcam. The designs are for size and wieght so the cameras tend to overheat and expire. If they don't tout the webcam feature, then you know why.

Before anything else.... you must examine first if your card is not damage, How? Try to test it in the memory card readers or other camera that fit the same memory cards.
Some other cards do have lock option in the jacket of the card. Try to unlock it. After doing so reformat the memory card in to your cam.
Other option...... Some other cam do have internal memory, if you have the same, configured it out.

The Camera will turn off or will not allow selecting the Movie Recording option when the Battery power is not enough. Please make sure that the Battery is fully charged. Make sure that the battery inserted is NPBG1. You may also try cleaning the terminals of the Battery pack. If the issue persists, try using a different battery pack. If the same happens again, service may be required.
