I plug up dvd player and install disk. Disk stops spinning in just seconds after loaded. Power button lights, disk in button lights up and play button lights but neither button will respond when pushed, neither will eject button respond. To remove the disk I must unplug wait several minutes then plug up and hit eject button fast to remove disk.
I've unplugged several times for 24 hours to reset but system still has same problem.
