I replaced my broken carafe on model: 169164 by purchasing a RIVAL 12 cup coffee maker PIL-HC08104 from WalMart for $10.24 and simply put my black handles on the new pot whaic had white handles. The pot appear to be exactly the same.
I've purchased a few parts from them in the past. You might also want to see if a generic decanter might fit. Retailers like Wal-Mart and Target sell replacements for many brands as well as generic pots of different sizes. If one works with your coffee maker it will probably be a less costly solution.

Couldn't find any official Sunbeam site with replacement coffee pots. Here's the Sunbeam homepage. http://www.sunbeam.com/Category.aspx?section=kitchen&cid=243 Maybe you could use the contact us link at the bottom and ask them if they sell them separately. Otherwise, you might have to search on ebay or another site like that for a replacement pot.
I have found where you can get the carafe. You can only get it in black tho. My problem is that I have the dual pink one from Mary Kay. So if anyone knows where I can find the pink one, let me know. Contact Heather at Select Brands. I ordered replacement carafes for our office CM202 dual coffee maker. It took about a month to get them, so be patient. I believe they make an order when enough folks get on the list for replacements.

I have the same problem with my coffee maker, but I purchased mine in Walgreens more than a year. In Walgreens it has a different name (Signature Classics), but I'm sure its exaclty the same as the Haier HDC10LBS. I called and they do have replacements. The model#XQ698LT ITEM#W14A7123 and the Customer Service Phone#1 800 645 3869. The cost should be around $10 with Shipping and handling
