Graphic card not operating.

I have a RX850XT-TD256E graphics card-Computer 3 years old. When I turn on computer I get a blank screen. Does this mean video card needs replacing?

If so what card should I buy to replace. My motherboard is Intel D945GNT-D945 PSN

Does your motherboard have an onboard video adapter? If it does, try using that first to see if you even get a picture before buying new hardware.

Is there windows 7 64 bit drivers for my msi video card modle # RX1550-TD256E

Just google " rx1550-td256e drivers"
you can find your drivers that way. i have NVIDIA which has a feature to scan my hardware for the specific device and show me which driver i need (of course i have a software that keeps those drivers up-to-date). i dont know if your video card manufacturer provides this kind of service

This card is not officially supported under Windows 7. You could try the ATI Catalyst Windows Vista graphics driver under Windows 7, but it's not officially supported by AMD.

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electic extensions or just replace them they are probably faulty a computer needs its connections to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps

After i install the driver and restart my computer windows is loading but at the logon screen the screen goes black and shows a message that says unsupported input

How did you install the driver? If you used installation cd, it may be outdated. The link above is for MSI and if you click on'"live update online", they will scan your computer and suggest any updates. I'm guessing this wasn't a first time install so you also have to make sure that whenever you want to update your card, you first have to uninstall any prior software then, intall new software.is your model actually NX7300le-TD256EH. I installed the ATI x1650 but the monitor is blank when I turn on

Yes the card does support the screen. If you have blank screen right from turn on, chack that you have not plugged the monitor into the onboard graphics port instead of your Radeon. If you have plugged it into the right port then you have hardware problems. Could be any of the following:
1. Monitior
2. Video Card
3. System memory
4. Motherboard
5. Powersupply
6. CPU

Try a different monitor and get back to me if you want troubleshooting tips.
Cheers
