Help with lg fathom phone

Some Magic Jack units do not reset themselves when your router loses the upstream connection (even momentarily). In that case, try unplugging the Magic Jack and then reconnecting it to the USB port.

If that doesn't help, check your firewall settings (both on the computer and the router). You may need to force the firewall to allow the Magic Jack to communicate with the wide-area network. (This could involve finding the MAC address of the Magic Jack. Then set the MAC address to a specific IP address in the router or set Port Forwarding in the router administrative pages. I brought lg fathom vs 750 online its seller refurbished , after i install the battery , i start switch on the mobile first lg logo is showing on the display after that a sign of battery picture is showing on display with invalid battery id written on it , after that it stops , i mean switching off..pls advice me how to resolve this problem.

To activate GPRS in your mobile, you need to contact with your service provider. You may need to send some sms as per their rule to activate this service. After activation, generally they will send to the settings as per your handset.

You can only do this: Tap to select the GPRS authentication method. Tap None, PAP Authentication or CHAP Authentication.

I will advice you first check your battery and battery charge. You can test it by using another battery. if it become okay that fine.

Otherwise i think the problem is in your LG Fathom operating system. As a result, You need to reinstall your phone operating system then it become okay finally. thanks
