Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
i have a problem about my HP PSC-2353 printer.
when i turn it on, it says on the lcd screen "Remove and check cartridge on right" i don't have spare black cartidge to replace and try if it's the cause of the problem.
Thanks in advance for future response regarding this matter.

Check the board or ribbon behind the cartridge and see if there is a hole. If yes then there is nothing you can do unless under warranty. If it is under warranty you can get an exchange. If you do not it will not be worth getting a refurb unit from HP just purchase a new one. Sorry for the bad news, i know you were probably hoping for a fix.
