GO TO DOS PROMPT AND DEL THIS FILE e.g goto start-->run-->cmd than press ok than you will be at c:\documents and setting\ so type c:\documents and setting\cd\ and enter than goto system32 directory by c:\cd windows\system32 and than run the following commands

Whenever i run my computer i get windows cannot find ssvichosst.exe at the startup

sounds like a virus or malware has infected your system. if you can at least boot in safe mode, do a virus/malware scan of your system. if available, schedule a boot scan. If unable to boot using your hard disk, try to boot using your Windows CD and try to go to the recovery console to perform your scans, otherwise, it may be faster to just completely wipe out your hard disk and reinstall Windows. if you have important data, try to create a backup, but be sure to do a full scan of the backup afterwards before restoring them back after an OS reinstall

I cannot start all my .exe files in Vista. I cannot also run my spyware. I think its the rundll32.exe virus.

Most Probably it is a virus that has infected your computer.

Please follow the steps below:
1) Restart the computer
2) Start tapping the F8 key
3) Select Safe mode from the list of options.
4) On the login screen select your Username.
5) Scan for the virus using the antivirus/antispyware.
6) Remove all the infections
7) Restart the computer.

It should work fine now.

Ssvichosst.exe file not found at start up

This file looks like it is part of a virus. I would run whatever antivirus program that you have with the most recent updates on your system to see if they solve the issue.

If you do not have antivirus, or its subscription has run out, I would suggest these free alternatives:

AVG Free

SpyBot Seach and Destroy

Malwarebytes
