Go to device manager and delete all audio devices and reset your computer.
Let windows find the right drivers for itself.
Good luck.
Hopefully it was informative enough for you to rate my response,

Everytime i try to use sound it says "no audio output device installed" what do i do?

That's because either

1. a hardware problem with your onboard sound,

2. Are you using the right driver for the motherboard ? (vista compatible)

3. Has onboard sound been turned off ? some bios do allow this.

GeWiz.

No audio output device installed

Where are you checking? In the Device Manager?
Go there and disable the sound device and then reboot and enable it again. (If you get there and see a device disabled, just enable it and check again to see if you have sound).
Try this and report back if you still have problems.
Please be aware that Microsoft has an excellent online troubleshooter for Vista available here

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread. If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take a moment to kindly rate this post....thanks!

"No Audio Output Device is installed"

I checked their website. Did you download the sound driver RAM2080 Win Vista x 86 15.02.2007 version 6.10.5337.0?

If so and it did not work it looks like you'll have to update the BIOS (BIOS update RAM2080 _only_ for MS Windows Vista 14.05.2007 version F0A. However BE VERY CAREFUL and follow the instructions EXACTLY, otherwise you may make the computer unbootable.
