Hp Laser Jet P2055dn printing black line down the middle

Hi,
Do you have Hp laser jet P2055dn installation disc with you ? if you don't download it through HP website .
The printer needs its software to comunicate with your PC.

I have an HP LaserJet P2055dn and I am getting a 10.000 supply memory error. I've checked HP's website and I am not finding anything related to this problem for my printer. What do I need to do?

Are you sure its black lines?..replace black cartridge..

Print a cleaning page. If this does not solve the problem replace the black ink cartridge.

If I understand you question correctly:- go to "printers and faxes" in the Control Panel, select your printer, highlight the command printing your job and click on 'Document' 'Cancel'. it takes a little while to stop printing. Otherwise check your printer documentation, there may be an instruction like holding down the 'on' switch for five seconds to clear the printer instructions.

Go to hp.com.
Download and install the latest firmware.
The instructions are given there.

Try replacing the Black cartridge.

Most likely the heat roller is breaking down in the fuser. The fuser must be replaced. But before going that far, replace the toner cartridge, as it may have a bad cleaning blade. 85% of all print quality defects are cartridge related. This particular model of machine has a very brittle heat roller that more often than not wears out prematurely. This is true across the board for all of the newer HP low end laser printers unfortunately.

Every print job, copy, and fax have the solid black line across the pages. I have changed the drum and the cartridge and even tried cleaning mode. Please help!!! I have a HP Laser Jet 2840 All in One

This is a work around as I have the same problem. If I change the default printer to something other then the HP printer, then select Page Setup, I can then select the HP without the program erroring out. You can even set the HP back to default and TValue will continue to work fine until you restart the computer.
