Please make sure that the photo files are in the root directory of the memory photoframe (ie, not within a folder).  That they are in a readable file format (.jpg) Check to see that the frame is reading from the internal memory and not the card slot.

Your photo frame must have come with a USB cable. Plug the larger end of that cable into a USB port on your computer and the other end into the photo frame. Turn on the photo frame (your computer should already be on). A dialogue box will pop up. Select to continue. Open up Windows Explorer. Your photo frame will show up as a "Removable Disk". Still in the Windows Explorer, go to the directory on your computer where you have the pictures you want to transfer. Select the pictures, right click on them and select 'Copy' from the menu that pops up. Go back to the photo frame (the Removable Disk), right click on it and select 'Paste' from the menu.

How do i add photos to my nwz-e344

Hi,

Connect the Sony Walkman NWZ-E344 (8 GB) Digital Media player to your computer using the device's USB sync cable. Wait until your computer detects the MP3 player.

Click the "Start" icon in the taskbar. Click "My Computer."

Double-click "Removable Disk." This will open the root storage directory of your MP3 player, which is where all its files are stored. Locate the "Photos" folder inside this directory.

Drag-and-drop pictures from your computer into the Sony Walkman NWZ-E344 (8 GB) Digital Media player Photos folder: Click on a picture file and hold down the mouse button while moving the file to the Photos folder, then release the mouse button to copy the picture to the folder. You can now view these pictures on your Sony Walkman NWZ-E344 (8 GB) Digital Media player.

If your Sony Walkman NWZ-E344 (8 GB) Digital Media player does not support photo viewing, you can still add pictures to the device. Drag-and-drop the pictures anywhere within the root storage directory. You can transfer the pictures to another computer or any USB-compatible device.

Good luck.

How do i get pictures and onto my mp3player

These are the manufacturer's (RCA/Thomssen's) exact words:
"
For users running Windows XP with Service Pack 1 and above:
  1. With your device connected to your computer, click on “My Computer” and then click on the icon for your device. If you see a folder labeled “DATA”, you must copy the photo files you want to view directly into this folder. Folders containing photos cannot be copied to the “DATA” folder. Photo files must be copied directly to the “DATA” folder using no other folder.
  2. If you do not see a folder labeled “DATA”, then copy the photo files you want to view directly to the device. Folders containing photos cannot be copied to the “DATA” folder. "

Download mp3 music

Hi,

Power ON the frame.

Connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB port on the side panel of the Digital Photo Frame.

Connect the larger end of the USB cable to the USB port on your computer.

You will see some extra "Removable Disc" drives in "My Computer" -- One for each of the memory card slots on the Digital Photo Frame.

And the last one is for the Internal Memory of the frame. Double-click on the last "Removable Disc" icon to access the internal memory of the frame.

From here you can copy images and music files to the frame. You need to transfer the images or music files into this folder (which is the internal memory of the frame).

Copy the files from your computer and paste them in this folder.

The picture files should be in the "standard JPEG" format and the music files should be in the "mp3" format.

To disconnect the Digital Photo Frame from your computer:
In Windows, on the bottom taskbar, right click the icon which appears in a green color, (this icon has an arrow pointing towards the left) and select "Safely Remove Hardware".

The Safely Remove Hardware" dialog box will appear.

Select "USB Mass Storage Device" and click "STOP"
On the next dialog box, click "OK" to remove the storage device.

On the next dialog box, select "CLOSE" and disconnect the USB cable from your computer.

Now you should be able to see the pictures on the digital photo frame.

Now you can play.

Good Luck.

Make sure the image file is in JPG format, or the player won't be able to read it.

Use the included SanDisk Media Converter software to convert most popular video formats (such as MPEG-4, WMV, or DivX) into the MJPEG format playable on the e260.

Share slideshows of your favorite photos with your friends. SanDisk Media Converter also supports most image formats, allowing you to convert and downsize your images for display on the e260.

Digital photo frame

Some digital frames comes with built-in internal memory so you can load that with your PC via a usb connection without having any kind of removable media. If yours doesn't come with internal memory though I don't think you have any choice other than to purchase a memory card of whatever type is supported by the frame.
