The tv lost the convergence data from eeprom. You need to reprogram it, but first check why. Maybe your blue crt is blury. Change the coolant inside.
Reprogram the cnvergence and after saving it with add-del press auto-focus.

You need to get the service manual for your tv the microcomputer needs to be replace use the test mode from off your remote control enter the numbers 0-6-2-5-9-6-menu do it fast ypou should see a display come at the bottom of your screen consult your service manual and reprogram your tv if this does not work as i say change your microputer at this time i do not have a schematic to give you a part number.

I have a samsung tx-t2782 with red green and blue pinstripe running horizontal across top of screen. not a ground loop and theres no magnetic interference.

hello spins,
If your problem just pinstripe on top of screen , but picture ok (normal in picture), try it to enter the factory mode. In standby position press info-menu-mute-power. Enter to deflection adjustment- choose - vamp (VA) or v shift (VS). Change value data by pressing + (or right cursor) and - (or left cursor) to shift or increasse amp. If it work, your tv will normal.
But its nor working, you should call samsung technician.
Good luck.

Bottom 4 inches of screen blurry on Samsung TXN2771HF. I thought it might be my Direct TV service, but found that problem existed with the DVD player too.

Ther are two focus adjustments on the HV transformer to try.......a technician will center them both then tweek them either way for best over all focus.........your crt(picture tube is probably aging or focus anodes out of range....but we need to try this first

No eht

Disconnect the horizontal driver transformer output pins and connect an led there to find the it is oscillating, if it does, then it could be the LOT. Try replacing the oscillator ic if there is no oscillation.

Samsung Projection HDTV BLURRY!

Each projection set has focus controls in back, usually they don't move or go out of focus unless someone moves it, but in your case if you open the back you will see a focus block with 6 knobs 3 are for screen,I would highly recommend that you don't move this. Look for the focus and you will have to set each with the one color. Cover the other two and adjust.
