G1 phone sound issue

Hi Please help. I have just had the new G1 phone, transferred all of my music to it. Downloaded a rings extended app to enable me to set my music as ringtone, but when my phone rings there is no sound. If i use a ring tone supplied this works fine.

I have gone into sound setting, and everything looks normal i.e volume turned up silent mode is off. If i use the headphones i can listen to the music

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hello, I just wanted to know how to get music on my cell phone.. Thanks Linda Kinkade

Hi

It is easy to do this, just activate your blue tooth and ask your friend to send the song to you.

If it is on your pc activate the blue tooth on pc and phone and send the music to your phone.

Thanks for contacting FixYa.

Bluetooth not accepting anything

Hi
I was trying to transfer some ringtones from old phone to G1 and facing the same problem.
And now somewhere from net I found the solution to my problem.
Although it could not be done by bluetooth, but my problem is solved now.
You can also try it. It may help you out.

> Transfer ringtones/music/photos from your phone to Desktop
> Connect G1 to Desktop by USB cable
> On the top of G1 screen it will show the icon of USB (connected)
> Scroll down from the icon and select 'copy files from computer'
> Select 'Mount'
> On desktop a massage will appear, click 'open folder & show files'.
> Copy & Paste files from computer to G1. Now your files are in G1
> If you want to set any song as ringtone press & hold that song, a menu will appear and you can select 'set as ringtone'

download the free app ringdroid in the app market.connect g1 to computer and mount .drag music into music folder.then open rigdroid.the music you dragged into folder should be here.cut the waveform however you want then save. now you can go to settings and under sound and display you can assign your newly made ring tone to your default tone.
