Take out the battery and set it aside then using a penny or a piece of wire, connect the prongs on the phone that touch the battery to make the connection with the battery. Hold that connection for about 10 seconds then reinstall the battery. Just to clarify, you are perfoming this procedure on the phone it self and NOT the battery. What this does is it resets the phone back to it's factory set operations. If problem persists then you have probably contracted a virus (yes phone viruses do exsist) and there is nothing you can do.
