Only the icon of apple appears and i cannot off it nor open my ip

I seems that your iphone need to restore. Try to connect your iphone to computer itunes. and your iphone will recognize by computer and it appear in this pc icon. now open itunes and restore your iphone. if your iphone does not found by itunes. or you are not able to restore iphone then go for hardware troubleshooting.
Here there are two possible problem. either problem with display circuit or power supply circuit. here is ipad ipad iphone wont turn on

first check display screen connector is loosen or not fix it properly. also check battery connector point and clean those points. and refix battery.
fully recharge your iphone. and start your iphone.

go to www.icloud.com from your PC browser and choose fine my iphone. there, you should find your stolen phone location. A phone icon will appear on the map where your phone is. click the icon and options will appear, click disable my iphone

you will need extra knowledge on iphone. you will need to open the iphone. extra technical knowledge and tools are necessary to open iphone. once opened, clean up the two button meant for volume.

if you tap one of the icons and hold, you will see the icons start to jiggle, and you will see a red x appear in the corner of the icon. to remove the icon/app tap the red x and it will be gone.

You can try doing a restore from itunes. Plug the phone in, start itunes, then click on your phone on the left hand menu. Then restore it to factory settings. After doing that, you can try to unlock it again.

you need to calibrate your screen. the touch sensor has moved so when you press on an icon the phone sees it as another icon. this can be done in the phone's touch settings
