I am shekar from india, i have intel dg31 mb when installing the audio driver error message" cannot start device error code:10" please solve my problem

JUST UNINSTALL THE OLDER INSTALLED DRIVER AND REALTEK . THEN REINSTALL DRIVER.
IF THE sofware then downloadit from www.intel.com

When i instlln dg31 pr by intel motherboard cd ..all driver istalled but the audio driver failed to install what should i do


go to hardware device manager and remove audio driver then refresh update new hardware and locate where the cd driver inserted. and restart pc.

Check that mic is not kept on Mute. Usually after installing drivers, mic option is kept mute in most cases. (ehteshamhusain@yahoo.com)

please try to found the rigth driver or the last, for you sound card with the manufacturer of the motherboard, and in case that is teh driver that give you problem go to my pc rigth click manager , device, look for the sound device and under the tab drivers rollback the driver. best regards italocub

I searched Google using the error code you provided and found this problem to be very common. The most common solution was this: [quote] open device manager click "system devices" disable "microsoft UAA bus driver for high definition audio" uninstall "UAA bus driver" make rescan devices (Note: Not all had this step. You may want to skip it.) install realtek driver the realtek driver includes the UAA driver too. Good luck

How can i install drivers for dg31


Dear Customer

Please perform the following

first check the audio card if you really install.heres a few step.
1. right click the My Computer,Properties
2.Hardware,Device Manager
and if theres is a color yellow means not install.
And Click Start,Run
Type <dxdiag> and enter here you can test the sound also the graphics.
