Hi - you don't really need a template to do this: This must be done at extension 10 or 11: 1. Press Feature and dial zero zero 2. Press the LEFT INTERCOM button twice 3. To set the time, press #103 then enter the correct time using a four-digit 24-hour clock (military time, for example: 3:45 pm is 1545). The display will show: System Time Data 1545 4. To set the date, press #101 then enter the correct date using the format MMDDYY (two digit month, two digit day, two digit year, for example, May 22, 2007 would be 052207). The display will show: System Date Data 052207 5. Press Feature and dial zero zero to save your changes.

Here are the basic steps for changing system time, day and date. The "Feature" key is self explanatory while other keys need a reference. "System Program" key is the left intercom key on the phone. Lucent Partner 5.0 616 Phone System with Voicemail and CallerID - Refurbished (SPATPRTACSVM): This is on Partner Mail VS. When I go into voicem...

Right, but to get to the Admin area, you need to log into the system administrators mailbox. That will need to be reset before you can change the AA greeting.

You can contact dstech1.com, they will reset for $55 (with a credit card). Or you can call Avaya, they will reset for $300

How do you reset clocks on Lucent Partner 18D phones?

The partner phones are now Avaya. The system time is going to be maintained by the operator's console or phones at extension 10 or 11 (the normal programming phones).

To set the system time, do the following:
Press Feature 00.
Press System Program (Left Intercom button) Twice.
Press #103
Enter the time in 24-hour notation (ex: for 4:23 p.m. use 1623)
A display should appear confirming the time.

Press Feature 00 to exit programming mode.

There is more information on setting clocks on various systems at
http://support.avaya.com/japple/css/japple?PAGE=OpenPage&temp.template.name=Daylight

The manuals can be somewhat difficult to find online. You may wish to contact your vendor to see if they can get you another copy of the manual.

Keep in mind that if you are using Merlin Mail you will need to set the time different on that system.

Lucent Avaya Partner System Lost access to Voicemail

Obviously you lost your programming. Question is whether the unit is operational. Best thing to do is contact your local Avaya Business Partner for a repair.
If you tell me your location, I can recommend one.

Programming Page Button

You could look in the station user's guide and program paging. This may work, or not, if you're paging internal and outside do this:
From your phone press Feature 00 the button and then Intercom *70.

If you don't want all the idle phones in group 1, but just the outside speaker, press 70 alone.

I'm not positive, but you may have to delete the button in centralized programming if it is already assigned a "CO" line.
Centralized programming is done from extension 10 or 11 and involves the system manual and knowing where the overlay buttons are.

Post back if you need a basic Partner ACS manual or try www.avaya.com for system manuals.

Do not know how to look through the caller id

You have to have a few programs already set. In admin programming, you will need to set #316, #317 and #318. Then you need to program a log button on the phone, which is Feature 23.

When you hit the log button, you then will see the options to scroll through the calls.
