I am having iR400 and set as a network printer. Ican't rip and hold with the use of Command workstation. Printer will print directly without holding the job. I want to know that how to set rip and hold function in command work station

You want to print to the hold queue instead of print. In windows you can go into your printers and faxes control panel, right click on your printer and select properties, select ports tab, press configure, set for LPR mode, set LPR queue to "hold". (no quotes)
You may also be able to change queue in the print driver.
Consider also verifying that you have the newest version of your drivers for this unit.
Consider getting a 5185i-H1 v2.0 they rock
