My mother pressed a mode button on the DACOR frige and now the freezer nor the refrigerator are cold at all its just not working. she went to where they bought the product and the guy pushed the same button to show it was on "vaction mode" and his stopped working also. I began to read the technical manual and i pushed the mode button again. Instead of helping it made things worst because now the lights shut off but the mode button light stayed on. We called someone to look at it and he said he only works on whirlpool so were basically screwed.. what do i do????
Try unplugging the unit and leaving it for half an hour then plug in again. if this doesn't work then try holding the same button down as you plug the fridge in. Hope this works :) i can try to look for more if this doesn't do the trick
