Minolta Maxxum 7D No Flash

Several months ago, I was outside taking pictures. A rain storm came up, and I had set this camera aside to use a second camera. It got wet, but not soaked or anything.

Anyway, it was dried off, and all worked including the flash. It sat for several days, and now the internal flash does not work. I can attach an external flash and it works OK. When I lift the flash manually too position for use, the camera will not auto focus, it does not show the flash icon, and soon freezes up and dies. I can restart via OFF / ON and all functions seem ok, but the flash.

Still takes good pictures, menu is OK, and although I don't change the menu functions much, the functions I do use seem to work just fine..
