How i can find drivers for PCI device

Win XP drivers can be found here: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/latitude-120l

You can go at the support site and download the particular drivers.

just download and install...

It worked for me, for the wireless drivers, I installed those for d520 as the ones for d510 didnt work.

when you are already in the dell support site click the drivers and downloads, key in your service tag of your notebook (so that it will specifically give you the drivers for the model of your machine only) then look for the network drive.
