Executable fails when trying to unzip files

I am trying to load the name onto a Fisher Price Dora Knows Your Name Cell Phone and am receiving the following error when running Dora.exe executable. The error is "An error occured while unzipping. One or more files were not successfully unzipped. The error code is 40". How can I obtain copies of the unzipped files or correct this error. I am running Windows Vista.

I just went through this. I'm guessing you have the dora.exe file on your desktop? Try right-clicking on the file, and then select "run as administrator". It should let you follow the instructions from the website from that point on.

Good luck!

SOURCE: For the Fisher Price Dora

I think I just went through this issue. Try right-clicking on the .exe file, and select "run as administrator". It should create the appropriate folder in your Program Files sub-folder, and you should be able to follow the instructions from the website from that point on.

Good luck! I programmed one of my twins' names in, and now I'm having trouble getting the second phone to register the new name. If both phones have the same name, this one's a no-go.

After downloading the software for the Puppy Grows and Knows your Name by Fisher Price is says "Library not Registered" I have no clue what to do now. Any suggestions?

Install it in compatibility mode, Win XP Service pack 2 with administrator turned on (Right Click, Properties. Click on "Compatibilty" tab. Select Run this program in copatibility mode for: WINXP SP2. Under Priviledge level, select "Run this program as administrator). Then after it installs, do the exact same thing for the shortcut.
