If you just need the software to connect to and configure it. You can connect to it here.
Username: Administrator
The password is blank, by default. If the password has been changed from being blank and you do not know it, you can reset the device back to defaults by holding the reset button (tiny hole next to the power connection) for about 15 seconds.

Unfortunately, Thomson does not provide a way to download the software from their site.

I hope this helps.

I have a e525 laptop, i install office software all ok, but now my DVD drive doesn't work. please help

It is not due to office. Drive problem is genetic, it can be occur any time. If your drive working at slow speed then clean its lence. If your drive is fully stopped no response then give it for repairs. But remember don't touch the lence.

J2 560 Retail Sytems Touch screen sleeps

There are a couple of solutions, you may not like any of them:

1) get new touch screen :D
2) Check to see if there are any updates to the software / os for the system / drivers
3) Disable, or extend the sleep timer

These are about as simple as it gets, more in-depth solutions may be available, but i would need more information.

Software / os versions
model number / manufacturer
system hardware information

Software not workin i guess

If it was pre-installed with Vista then you will need to call IBM Lenovo support for them to activate it.
If you purchased Vista as a standalone product then you will need to call Microsoft to have them activate it.

It sounds like someone else on the planet is using your number.
