Thats usually a vertical issue since the menu still works. I would check the solder on the vertical IC and also the Vertical yoke plug pins. Often solder can develop a small crack around the pins and resoldering will usually fix the issue in most cases. The other item could be a leaky CRT has dripped some coolant on some of the components in the vertical circuit so I always check the board for any sign of a clear sticky residule on the boards which indicate dripping CRT coolant.
yes the convergence Ics are what cause the two picos to be open they are both 5 amp picos. You can get the picos, the convergence ICs and the factory service manual for your model at the following link.your model is known as the V17 chassis for service manuals and you should require two STK392-570 Convergence ICs. I replaced the pico fuses and the convergence IC's. fuses poped right away code 22 . Further inspection of the board showed the coolant had leaked out of the center projector and fried the board. Not willing to pay $300. Passed it on to someone else

1)locate center PCB--has large heat sink--
2)using a hook tool,gently lift board edge connectors.Go slow,be gentle.
3)remove all connectors to center board (unplug)
Don't worry about getting them mixed up--we
have a saying--they are idiot proof.
4)remove all center board hold-down screws,includes two in sister board shield and
three difficult to access in large heat sink shield.
5)gently lift PCB up and to the right while
releasing hold-down plastic tabs on the front e of PCB.Replace STK IC's.Throw it in reverse-done
