Where does the avaya 9620 receive it's time from?

I thought it was from the ACD but it is not in synch for some reason.

What system is the phone on? If IP office, you can designate a time server, or it could use the voicemail pro PC.

Reset codes for phones: On all 96xx phones except for the 9610: To access Craft (the menu with the reset choices) from the phone, press the Mute Button + "CRAFT#" That's 27238# on the numeric keypad. This will cause the Craft Procedures menu to be displayed. Just scroll through the menu and follow the soft key prompts to get to reset or clear.

How to remove conference/transfer facility in 9620 ip phone?
If you dont want a phone to be able to transfer a call anywhere, then remove all but 1 intercom appearances.

With only 1 appearance, the call can not be transferred anywhere.

The message light on my Avaya 9620 won't go out even though i don't have new messages. Any ideas on this?
This is what fixed this issue to me:

1. I added the buttons "next", "msg-retr" and "delete-msg"
2. On the IP Phone, press "msg-retr", "next" and then "delete-msg"
3. Do it for every single message to turn off the light
4. Smile!

9620 ip Phone is displaying a HTTP 1 - 404
It is trying to load an http file, and the file is not there, giving a 404 error. You are going to need to call someone in to troubleshoot this.

Will cisco midspan work with AVAYA IP phones. We have connected AVAYA 9620 phones on CISCO midspan. But AVAYA phones were not getting power up we got only a flikering effect on the display of the phones.
No I don't think you can, there may be an adapter but, I am not too sure about that.
