Lennox Gas Frunace fires goes out, fires goes out, fires goes out

Lennox furnace 13 years old fires 3 times and goes out then fan kicks on then furnace fires again and it will run till thermostat seting is satisfied.

What could be the problem? Open limit switch maybe but which on and where is it located?

my furnace was working fine before the electricity went out for 5 hours now the furnace just humming and then nothing the house is freezing. HELP..

Check your thermostat anticipator setting. If you dont know how to do this don't try on your own or you may damage your thermostat.

IT SOUNDS LIKE THE FAN CYCLE RELAY OR BOARD IS NOT MAKING THE FAN COME ON WHEN IT SHOULD THE BURNER SHUTS OFF PROBABLY BECAUSE IT REACHES THE HIGH LIMIT.

Goodman 3 ton 13 seer. thermostat says "heat on" but the air coming from the registers is room temp. we just had the system installed over the summer. this is the first time we have used the heat.

is the gas turned on to the frunace? Is the switch on gas valve turned to on?

Lennox pulse 21 startup issues .does not engage fan and complete heat cycle every time .

Have seen a rash of faulty blower time delays in lennox equipment. Lennox has a recall on one currently, not sure if your system is effected but it can be bypassed if in fact the problem.

I have a lennox 2 stage gas furnace and a lennox XP15 heat pump controlled through the Lennox 7000 touchscreen thermostat. I want to disable the heat pump due to excessive noise due to lower temperature...

At tstat press options. Press installer setup. Yes, you are qualified. System settings, non heat pump. Gas/ oil heat. Save changes. That should do it with no wiring changes.

Hi check out the flame senser is clean also jump ou tthe pressure switch see if it lights when you do this , igntion modul is just a box with some push on wires just get the right one the info is all on the module

Lennox furnace 17 yeanrs old. flame comes on and the shuts down sometimes right away some times in a few minutes. We have the furnace go down to 58 at night. It takes all day to get back to 67.

Sounds like a dirty flame sensor.
Also 9 degrees is a large swing to recover. Most specialist will advise no more than a 5 degree set back, otherwise recovery time eliminates any savings you may achieve.

There is a chart with the wiring diagram and othere charts that will tell you what the 6 blinks are for. That should tell you what is wrong and what part you need. Sounds to me like the board has an issue or the gas valve is locked out.
