Can't pair my HBH-PV705 bluetooth headset with my laptop

You need to have a bluetooth stack installed, so that you have "bluetooth places" available, where you can link up the headset.
A good instruction (for XP) is shown here.

Bluesoleil is definitely a good option.

Can i pair k750i with HBH610a?

Yes. I have this old trusty combination and it works perfectly with auto-pairing. The phone also supports bluetooth v2.0 which means good sound quality and excellent link reliability.
