More information is needed to find manual.
ET130 timer appears to have 6 buttons with 3 buttons on each row.

Review options below:

1) Add a comment and describe timer buttons in detail so I can match buttons with known timers.

2) Open following links and check if manuals for ET525, ET420C, ET420 might have same button and programming relationship.

Programing

Manuals for programming UPM timers are each longer than space allowed for free answer:
Open following link to identify your timer, open manual, write out instructions if they seem confusing, re-post question about any specific part of any UPM timer manual, and add exactly which timer you are working with, and add link to that manual so expert can read manual alongside you.
http://waterheatertimer.org/UPM-timers-and-manuals.html

If your timer does not appear on UPM page, add a comment with photo of your product for possible identification by expert.

Add a comment with your experience so others with same-similar problem can benefit.

Also take advantage of fixya expert assistance live.
For a price, expert works with you while you work on timer or any do-it-yourself project.
Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.
