My unit is hooked up to the kitchen sink via a y connector going to a single hot/cold faucet. The Problem: * seems to be a possible flow regulation problem * when I dry clothes they end up much wetter than they were at the end of the spin cycle! (this has been happening in the last week) * I attempted to regulate the flow myself at the faucet during the dry cycle by turning the cold water down to a trickle. That keeps the clothes from getting wetter than before, and water is still flowing from the condensation pipe, but the clothes are very slow to dry if they dry at all. * the dryer's heating unit (i guess thats what it is) makes a strange sound now when it was silent before, but the heat still works fine. It sounds like a refrigerator when you leave the door open and it tries to compensate by turning on the motor that cools it.

I had this same problem. There are two possible solutions. First, you need to look underneath (use 2 people) and see if any hoses are kinked. If that is not the case then the machine is pulling in too much water during the dry cycle. I'm hooked up to a sink so I just turn the faucet down until the water is just a trickle. This works for me. If yours is attached to the wall you need to turn down the cold water tap. Its a pain in the ****, but I discovered no one can fix this machine, not even Haier's recommended service A&E. I always know more than the repairmen, very sad. Hope this helped you.

My AEG Lavamat has recently begun not to dry clothes. As first post, they come out wetter than they went in. Just today Error Code E10 has come up which according to my manual says the water tap is off and just needs to be turned on... I have no idea where the tap is, or how to fix...
I have the same model and the exact same problem (started yesterday). Have you had any luck finding out what the actual problem is?
