Question about Packard Bell (030069) Sound Card

Packard bell Was in contact with one of your advisers - now seem to have lost that contact without resolving the issue Hello there! I don't seem to find any sound and video XPdrivers for my Packard Bell mx37 series EasyNote. Could anyone pls help? Thanks in advance for your time and patience, Maria

    Have a Packard Bell tj65 and whenever i connect the power cable it makes a very loud and annoying noise. Could it be the keyboard?

    hello there go to the packard bell website on the top there is a link for support click on that then enter your serial number for the notebook and it will give you support including drivers.

    Lost recoveries discs


    Contact your machine supplier or Packard Bell , they will either give you a set of recovery disks or may charge you for them.

    I believe that PB asked you to burn a copy of the disks when you first got the machine ?

    Our Computer had a virus, someone put another version of windows XP on and then we lost everything including our sound.


    Many Packard-Bell systems use a Crystal sound card.
