I had the same problem with mine. Turn the center disk counterclockwise until it unscrews completely and reattach the stirring arm.

Wiring schematics

There are no wiring diagrams for this manufacturer.

General wiring practices are that the Hot wire(black) goes to the thermostats, and the neutral wire( White ) is attached to the heat element for the return.

Switches are on the Black wires to break the circuit before power reaches the item it is controlling. A white wire on a switch is for the return from the light in the switch.

When turning agitator on it gets jammed in the spur gear.

This is a hard symptom to troubleshoot, it can have many different causes.
1. Is the stire wire in the kettle straight and spinning freely?
2. Does the agitator shaft spin freely in the crossbar?
3. Is there a small needle bearing on top of the spur gear attached to the kettle? it is a small metal circle that spins independently of the agitator shaft located ontop of the kettle spur gear, it can fall off.
4. The plastic block in the cabinet roof that has the motor spur gear coming out of it, is it cracked?
5. Does the motor turn when the switch is turned on with the kettle in the dump position?

All of these can lead to an answer of why the agitator stops turning while popping.

The stirring rod fell off. How do I fix this?

The center hub is screwed on. With the popper cold, try unscrewing the center piece. The stir wire sits in a channel under the center piece.

Wiring diagram kettle

The wiring good the kettle is pretty simple. Black goes to x on the plug white is y and ground is the green terminal. In the kettle the black goes to one of the two terminals on the thermostat. Then a jumper wire from the other thermostat terminal goes to one of the two terminals on the element. Then the white wire goes to the other element terminal. The ground or green attaches to the metal surface inside.

Here is the wiring diagram for that model. Black(hot) wire to empty side of thermostat, red(indicator lamp) wire is doubled to the wire that goes to heat element, and the white wire is attached to far end of heat element.

I have a anvil PMA7006 popcorn popper i replaced the cord. However I dont remember where the green cord (with an amp ring terminal on it) attach's to.

Green is reserved for grounding. The green wire is the one that attaches to the grounding prong of the power plug, and it should be connected to the metal chassis of the machine. If you look around the area where the black and white wires in the cord connect, you will probably find a screw lug that the ring terminal fits over and is secured with a nut, or a screw hole in the chassis where you can fasten down the terminal. You can also put the ring terminal under any handy screw that goes into the frame. The important thing is to have the metal of the machine connected to that ground lug.

The kettle will not get hot! The light comes on and the #1 and #3 switch both light up, but no heat!?!?!

We disassembled the kettle and noticed that the black wire had been disconnected from the base connector which is attached to the heating element. We re-attached the wire clip to the harness and it heated up on the first try. Please note that you may need to crimp the wire connector to the base for a stronger hold. My guess is that as we were moving the unit back and forth the wire connector had seperated.
