Go onto google and look up. The Parts Drop. Call and ask for Britt. I just looked there and he has the pick fingers with the springs.
I dont work there, but have done business with them frequently.
They are the best in the business and fairly priced.

I have canon 2900 and it having every time paper jam problem please help me

Analyse where paper jamming is happening? remove right left back & top covers..press door switch, shoot print command. Remove cartridge after paper jam, check upto where paper travel?
1. If paper jams with curl foldings in cartridge bank area..before entering the fuser assmbly..
# Teflon sleeve not rotation properly due to this paper not passing through it result curl foldings..Replace teflon sleeve..
2. If paper passed fuser assmebly little bit(near about 2-3 inches.
#Problem with paper out sensor/flag. clean sensor, check sensor flag movement & spring.
3. Check registration paper sensor located back side.
# while passing the paper, sensor flag has to act & once paper out it has to reach home, other wise paper jam error will appear.. check flag spring.

Analyse what type of jam it is...based on that we can shoot the trouble.1. Paper is jamming before entry in fuser and its folds like curl in the cartridge area.. A. Fuser Teflon sleeve not rotating or slow rotation results media(paper)unable to reached the destination in specified interval. Replace fuser assm or Teflon sleeve.2. Paper jamming after fuser assembly crossed little bit ( approx 1-2 inch).A. Clean fuser out paper sensor, check sensor flag & flag spring located in fuser assm.3. Paper jammed after fuser crossed more than 6 inches..A. Check paper pick up roller warn out(tray1 or 2), check registration sensor located under registration assm. How to remove fuser assm: remove back door, see the snap shot...

Some of the springs came off the rollers and a small broken piece of support for roller-do i need to get a whole new fuser assembly?

if you found a spring from the fuser and a flat blade like piece of black plastic this would be a detach finger and tension spring all fusers have the they help prevent the paper from rolling up on the fuser roller. fusers have either 5 or 6 depending on the model.they will funtion muinus one of these. if you get regular paper jams in the fuser of if they start replace fuser

Printer says jammed , cleared printer completely, still says jammed , no evidence of jam, disconnected printer, reconnected, ,still says jammed,

The possible reasons for this could be
  1. (For Laser Printers Only) Toner sediment in the fuser unit. This specially occurs if you constantly use smaller paper sizes than the paper tray size. To resolve this you should disassemble the printer, take out the fuser unit and clean the toner sediment. The sediment can get rock solid so clean it carefully. If you are not accustomed with electronic components better visit a technician.
  2. The paper sensors pulling spring may be detached. In this case the sensor gets a message that some paper exists in the fuser unit so a paper jam message is triggered. Fix the spring and you are done.

usually it means that a sensor in your fuser is bad. If you have a P.M. Kit replaced the fuser and clean the printer.

but before you do, make sure that you have cleared all jams, including in the fuser.

Its probably time for a Preventive Maintanence

My copier makes a noisy sound

Check the crumpled paper. If it has an image, it has reached the drum and is crumpling at the fuser unit (part that gets hot). If that is the case the fuser gear and drive gear need to be replaced.
