Question about ASUS RAMPAGE FORMULA LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard
I tried to installed the audio max driver from the CD but this is what pop up from it
''the audio driver files do not support your computer hardware''
I running windows XP service pack 2 Type of sound card comes with motherboard Suppreme FX x-FI I also has a bose companion 5 wchich come with USB, i can make noise from this but is this has any effect while I'm installing the x-FI driver while my other speaker attach to computer?
Hi nenmacil, suggest you disconnect any other sound device jacks when installing the supremeFX II software. Asus boards use auto jack sensing software.
Disconnect your other speakers. You also have the option for live chat from Asus: http://livesupport.asus.com/
Your board is very new (2008). Check with a pro from Asus.
