Question about HP StorageWorks MSA1000 Network Storage Server

Password for HP Storageworks server

I put in the system recovery DVD in my HP storage server 2003 R2 std edition x32
After it does the recovery i cant log in with administrator account. says wrong password. The old IT person is no longer here. If you can help that would be great.

Looks like you have an incorrect recovery DVD, look for the correct recovery DVD, it will reload the OS

Windows 2003 server can't see drive on a MSA 1000


Can you go to the server and right click on my computer, then select disk management, then see if the physical drive shows up there. This may be as simple as a drive already having a drive letter assigned to it.
