Question about Canon imageRUNNER C3200 Copier
All Excel files are printing w/o left margin, so text on left is getting cut off
This is a common prob.. most of my users know wahat programs shift images and they adjust it accordingly... you may want to try some different drivers you may be using a pcl driver try a ps driver load accouple drivers up you can try the different ones go to imagerunner.com by the way if you have a print server on the back of the copier you should use the imagepass C1 or C2 driver

Tips for a great answer:
Aug 24, 2011 | Canon PIXMA MP610 InkJet Printer
The page margins appear in your document as dotted lines.
You can use these dotted lines to correct your margins so that your student's assignments are not cut off and there is no large margin as you have mentioned in your question.
You can view page margins in either Print Layout or Web Layout view only, and they do not appear on the printed page.
Hope this helps
