Have you tried googling the model number, funai is no help if you dont have a contract with them. Finding schematics for their powersupplies is hard, a majority of the time its better to just buy another ps because many of the parts they use wont cross to NTE. Are the voltages coming out of the ps just high? If they are one of the boards might be bad, I had a funai tv that had a bad board and was keeping the rest of the tv from powering up so the volatges I was getting were high due to the lower load. Also check for a schematic for that specific panel as funai uses LG panels in their stuff.

Plasma sets have two separate power supplies; the main supply produces voltage for everything and may even produce a specific voltage for the high voltage required by the plasma display.
In your case, it is likely that the latter (HV) supply has failed.
This may be a separate board and if so, may be user replaceable since these are normally outsourced and just plugged into the set during assembly.
Removing the back of the housing, you are likely to see at least three boards. One of them (the main board) will have many components and most will be smaller in size. The main power supply will have much larger parts on it and the high voltage supply will likely be connected to it and have far fewer parts than the other boards.
It is possible but unlikely, that the main power supply is not providing voltage to the HV board for the display.
If replacement of the HV board doesn't restore the display, then it will be necessary to replace the main power supply too.

Hello I am repairing a philips tv 32pfl3504d/f7. I replaced the main power supply CBA and the inverter CBA and still have the same problem. The power light comes on when the unit is plugged in and blinks...

This problem it is the main tv Tuner signal board it is dead also.Beside the power supply board. This problems have nothing to do with the long LCD invert board.

Tv will not stay on. little red flashing light in front of tv

I would test your power supply to see if you are getting voltage to the main circuit board. They have a high failure rate.

Belinea 10 19 20 power issue

Honestly the power supply uses capacitors to build up the high voltages required to run the monitor display. In all high probability one or more of these are failing and they are discharging to rapidly not allowing enough voltage to the display transformer. It won't come on until voltage is high enough. You're gonna need a new monitor soon, If you can obtain a schematic you can check the voltage drops across the output transformer and replace the faulty component but it is very time consuming and hard to get board components these days for digital supply boards in the states. Sorry I could not be of more assistance.

Tv Is not respondind

This denotes a problem with the power supply either the low voltage power supply of the high voltage power supply. You will need the following documents and equipment if you plan on doing this yourself: 1) a schematic diagram 2) a Multimeter 3) an oscilloscope 4) a signal generator (color bar, cross hatch, and purity) The schematic will let you know where the test points are and the level of voltage and signal are supposed o be at the test point. The multimeter will allow you to trace and measure DC and AC voltages throughout the set. The oscilloscope will allow you to view the waveforms generated by the signal generator, this is needed to tell if a component is not processing the signal in the proper fashion. The signal generator creates a standard reference to measure by. Since this prolem is in the power supply section you should determine if the problem is a blown fuse by visually inspecting the fuse. Than you will need to determine if the problem is in the high voltage power supply. You do this by checking the transistors in the horizontal section of the TV. you will find the problem either in the low or high voltage power supplies.
