No not in that scope. Is the focuser actually working-- moving in and out?

Measure the hole in the focuser- eyepieces come in 3 sizes, .975, 1.25, and 2 inch.

All astronomical telescopes have upside down images. It's perfectly normal.

You can buy an "erecting prism" for terrestrial viewing.

Why don't you locate a local Astronomy club and have the members help you with your telescope. This is a REFLECTOR style telescope with a mirror in the bottom. The focuser end is point UP == take the lens cap off, put in the eyepiece with the largest number written on it and practice focusing on a distant object during the day time.
