Re: wont spin and not emtying
Select drain and spin on programme and with the rear panel removed, see if you can detect the pump running, if possible test to see if you are getting a supply to it.BE CAREFUL.
if not , then you will need to investigate furher, if you are getting a supply, then it is possible the pump impellor is turning slowly or something wrapped round the impellor.

You probabl;y need to clean filter.
Remove lower rearcover of washer.
Remove large black hose fastened to bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump, and check for obstruction here and in the pump.
Please rate my solution.
It sounds as though the pump is not draining the water out.
If you have checked outlet pipe and it is clear, then you need to check the filter, if there is no filter at front of m/c, then remove the rear panel, and unfasten the large black hose that goes to bottom of drum, remove filter and clean, check pump at same time.
Watch out for water from the drum.
Refit filter and hose and test.
Plz rate my suggested solution, and feel free to leave a comment.
You need to clean out your outlet filter;(which is accessible thru the front bottom right side of machine, small push door, or plastic screw) this needs to be done periodically - according to your usage. If this does not solve your problem check out your outlet pump. Plug off the wall first before you do the jobs. The machine will not drain water if the outlet is clogged. For the pump, tubes, etc you hav to open up behind the machine. Be prepared for water to come flowing out.......
And rate me pl, if the solution has worked......
You have to check and clean out your outlet filter. This requires periodic cleaning, according to your usage. If its a front loader, the small door is at the front bottom, be prepared for water to come out while opening.
If you are certain that all pipes are clear, then you may wish to check the pressure pot & pressure switch ( & small hose joining the two as this could be telling lies to the program unit. If the machine is emptying but the switch fails to read the level correctly, it can cause the same sort of error problem.
Pressure pots can fill with the "grey soap gunk" and switches pressure are a reletively common fault also.
