Question about Kenmore 22422 Top Load Washer
I just need to replace a loose belt drive on a Kenmore washer/dryer stackable the washer part. How do I do it myself?
Remove the rear cover on the unit and see if the belt is loose. It should not stretch more than 3/4" when you pull on it. There may be an adjusting bolt on the motor to tighten the belt. Disconnect power before working on the unit!! You should have an owners manual for this unit. Check it for further information.
