This has been the for many of us players. It all stems from the 'new' UPLAY launcher 2.x. It is not your fault or your PC's fault, and you are not alone. Someone found that the UPLAY software could 'possibly' launch other *.exe files, located on your computer, and they thought it was a risk they didn't want to take so they tried disabled that part, wound up disabling the whole of it, so that no gaame will launch. I have other games that are not Ubisoft made, but now they fail to launch as well, and get the same error. Very iritating I know.
this is a rare problem.. u can easily solve this..I want to just make it clear to you, that you can repair the followingproblems at home with a good repair guide. There is no technical knowledgeneeded you simply do what you see on the step by step vids or the paper guide.
