I've upgrade my psp 5.03 chickhen r2 to 5.50 gen-d3. then i reboot my psp, and then my screen turn blank. i remove my mem card and batterry. and nothing happens.. plss help me.

upgrading/downgrading or installing CFW in PSP is a risky business. the rule of thumb is to know if you have hackable or unhackable motherboard. if you had 5.03 chickhen before, then most likely you have a PSP-3000 or PSP-2000 v3 which has unhackable motherboard. you should have just installed 5.03 Gen-C or CFW Enabler 3.70, or upgraded the OFW to 6.20 and installed 6.20 TN-E or 6.20 PRO-B. 5.50 Gen-D3 is for hackable motherboards like PSP-1000 or early versions of PSP-2000. you have bricked your PSP!!!

PSP - blank screen, yet green light is on.

What is your firmware version? Are you using CFW or OFW?
There is a problem in your update that could have trigger some of your flash0 files it is where your firmware files are placed. Or maybe your firmware does not support Crisis Core : Final Fantasy 7?
If you are on CFW (Custom Firmware). Try loading the recovery menu in boot set-up. Just turn off your psp (not in sleep mode). Leave it for a second or two, then turn on your psp while holding the R trigger. If you are able to load the recovery menu, then you are semi-bricked. If not, only black screen then you are fully-bricked. You will not a PANDORA kit, with a pandora battery and magic memory stick to unbrick your psp.

Psp blank

you got a brick psp.

If your updating a psp, you should make sure that it will be able to finish it, if you stop while its still updating, you will have a brick unit.

if you psp is not using custom firmware (modified to play hack games) send it to sony as they can unbrick it.

if any of your friend has a pandora, they can actually have you fix it both CFW and original psp.

Hope that helps.
