Go to where your unit is and look for a filter rack take the cover off might be sheet metal that slides up and can be very tough to lift sometimes. You might have to get a tape measure and measure the height and length then go to hardware store or Wally world and it will be 1 inch by ----- by ------. Sometimes you have to get two of them in case the filters are so long that they don't come that long. But for the most part they could be 14 inches by 26 inches. 20 x 20 if you need help get back with me and can help a little more. ken

Where can I find a parts manual for a Model #. TWD724B100A2?

There will be no aftermarket parts available. What you need to do is get creative with bracing and bolts/self taping screws. Or find a sheet metal fabrication shop to repair it. The company that told you to buy a new system due to a cracked/damaged metal fan support may be right if its too far gone. Or may not want to try and repair it. Usually we can make some cross supports, depending on where the cracks are, and lay them on top. Mark where the holes for the motor will go thru the metal supports and drill holes in the new supports. You may need a new motor if the existing motors' threads will not be long enough. Support the motors weight with some 90° angle iron. It won't block the airflow if its 1" or 1 1/2" angle iron. Not too pretty but neither is paying for a new system. Try to find a Tin Smith, metal fan shop or even a welder. I've done this many times with out even mentioning a new system.

There is a switch in the blower compartment that continues to trip. the blower will still work but with no heat. the blower compartment is also very hot when this happens. I have to wait till the blower...

Hello, this switch is a auxillary limit switch and it will open when it senses abnormally high temps in the blower compartment area, anything that restricts airflow will cause this switch to open such as, dirty air fliter, dirty blower wheel, blower motor not running at proper speed, or a weak blower motor. check these areas and clean if they are dirty.
