Question about Philips Audio Players & Recorders
I download the music from my HP laptop which has vista, which shows as downloaded on screen but when I attempt to open it states that file cannot be opened. What do I do please?
I had exactly the same problem, same model, this was the solution-
When ripping your music from CD to PC, first right click on 'Rip' then select Format then select MP3. This will then format the file to be compatible with your MP3.
Hope this helps!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
