The Tv makes a sound like it is turning on but nothing happens no picture. Then a series of 2 flashes and a pause continues to flash on the red led by stand by. Does any one know what this code means ? Is there a reset inside the tv somewhere ? I unpluged it for a couple of days and tried it again same problem Thanks Dave
The set may be worth at least an estimate

TWO Blinks---B+ over current protection (OCP) , unit goes to the standby, this means there is a component inside your TV set, in the main power supply or the sweep power supply that is not letting the TV set's power supply regulate properly. I'm sorry to say, there is no quick fix for this and is going to need to be diagnoised by a trained tech. Good Luck
